  1. Sign up for hosting through this link: http://www.bluehost.com/track/ptmoneyc/
  2. Write down your new BlueHost login ID and password.
  3. Visit http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ and pick out a theme (optional).
  4. Fill out this form using the information above.
  5. I will then contact you with login credentials for your new blog.
  6. We can email or discuss by phone to work out any issues.
